IPAClub.org First Advisory Board Meeting at BCC

PROGRAMS

1. Intergenerational Pickleball League Play.

This begins in January 2025 in the Rogers/Bentonville area outdoors courts, weather permitting, and indoors where possible.

We will do our best to facilitate indoor play and coordinate schedules. We will post here online and use email and Facebook Groups for IPAClub.

We are organizing teams to match skill levels as much as possible. IF you’re a higher skill level player and want to teach beginners please let us know.

It’s all about building relationships for us with old and new friends while having FUN.

2. Intergenerational Wellness Program

My wife Carolina has back and knee pain that limits her amount of play and mobility at age 66 due to stiff joints. So we want to co-create a low-cost membership program that’s peer-to-peer sharing of information and professional referrals with volunteers and professionals sharing knowledge and skills at the lowest possible cost to members.

Our goal is to help elders and all generations to:

  1. Feel better and more confident in their physical body
  2. Be more flexible and increase the range of motion in their joints to prevent injury and promote stability.
  3. Co-create a personal conditioning program to be the best possible player you can be and improve upon day by day.
  4. Play any sport free of pain.

3. AHA Storytelling Workshop (Active Healthy Aging)

The goal is to help elders and all ages to feel better about active aging by reconnecting with their own hearts and soul while also reconnecting with grandkids heart and soul to better share emotional connections.

We want to play Pickleball with and share wisdom across generations and cultures to pass on our Living Legacy stories and AHA lessons of TRUTH with vulnerability, and sincerity.

We’re sharing a new Vision of Active Healthy Aging to promote our theme of “Co-creating True Wealth as Pure Health for future generations”. In this way we can encourage deeper healing relationships in person and live as much as possible!

IF our low-cost programs are not enough to help deepen relationships, we can provide access to medical and coaching services at AHA.University.

AHA.University is a peer-to-peer education and coaching service to help:

  1. Retrain Bodies
  2. Reinvent Mindset
  3. Reconnect Hearts
  4. Respect Souls

Helping individuals, families, and communities turn Traumatic Memories into Transcendent Moments that breaks the Family Cycle of Trauma and Drama is our core competency and highest gift to share.

Our AHA Lifestyle Movement helps to give you a new vision of what it means to be balanced and grateful, and wholehearted approach to being fully human with an AHA Attitude of Gratitude in nature that’s FUN to share with family and friends today.
